Return Policy

When you receive a shipment inspect it immediately!

If you are not satisfied with an item purchased (excluding food items and bulk packaged products) you may return it for refund or exchange it within 30 days from day of purchase. Please make sure merchandise is unused and it is returned in the original, unopened package. Please package merchandise for return carefully. For some items a box may need to be packed within another box to prevent shipping damage. Be sure to include the original receipt, (make a copy for your records). You may return merchandise for refund or exchange(less shipping fees) within 30 days of purchase.

There will be no refund for food items or bulk merchandise so please order carefully. We suggest that if you are uncertain about an item sold in bulk, you should purchase it in a smaller package first to make sure it is the product you want.

Damages:

When you receive a shipment inspect it immediately!

Count the boxes and carefully check boxes for damages before signing receipt. Have the driver note any problems or damages at time of delivery. You can accept the boxes that are not damaged and refuse boxes that are damaged. Please notify La Bella Olives and Gourmet Foods of damages found within the package immediately after opening.

Shipping:

During warm weather all candy and chocolate supplies are shipped at your own risk!

Orders will be shipped via USPS/UPS/FEDEX and are based on USPS/UPS/FEDEX published rates and restrictions.

PICK UP ORDERS:

Pick up orders are by appointment only. Please call 24 hours in advance to avoid delays and disappointments.
